How It Works
1. Download
Click one of the download links above, or visit sos.splashtop.com. No installation is needed — just download and run the small app.
2. Share Your Code
The app will display a 9-digit session code. Call us or email the code to our support team so we can connect to your device.
3. We Fix It
Our engineer will remotely connect to your device and resolve the issue — saving time and the cost of a site visit.
4. Fully Secure
All sessions are encrypted end-to-end with TLS and 256-bit AES. Simply close the app when the session is finished to end access.
Tips for a Smooth Session
- Make sure you're connected to the Internet before running the app.
- On Mac, you may need to allow Splashtop access in System Preferences → Security & Privacy (Accessibility, Screen Recording, and Full Disk Access).
- Keep the 9-digit code handy when you contact us — we'll need it to start the session.
- Close the Splashtop SOS app when the session is complete to end remote access.
