Donal Ward – Director
Donal is responsible for the development of monitoring programs which ensure that all of our customers’ IT needs are addressed promptly and proactively, and ensuring that all technical work generated meets the company’s procedures and standards of quality. Donal drives the continuous improvement of our company’s existing technologies while also supporting the development of new technology and product innovations.
Donal is a qualified yachtmaster, keen tennis player and rugby fan.

Kym Saunders – Service Delivery Manager
Kym runs our customer service helpdesk and co-ordinates our team of on call technicians. She ensures that the correct priorities are allocated to issues which arise and that resources are scheduled accordingly. Kyms previous role as a Global IT Contract and Service Manager (with responsibilty for Global Operations) for some of the worlds largest Blue Chip multinationals has equipped her with the skills needed to ensure that our clients receive ‘A’ grade service at all times.
Kym is also a qualified Yoga Teacher and regularly takes retreats in India and Europe.

Steve Whitbread – Senior Technician
Steve has been working in IT for over 15 years, chiefly in the travel industry. Steve was recruited by Perpetual IT in 2007 for his broad broad skill base in providing operational and technical support to computer users and his ability to interact with external suppliers of technology. Steve is one of our Senior Managed Support Technicians . He is highly skilled at resolving technical issues with PCs and servers and has expert working knowledge of Windows Networking technologies, Microsoft operating systems, TCP/IP networking, Internet technologies and common office applications.
As a keen Fly fisherman, Steve enjoys nothing more than getting out into the countryside after a busy week in the office.

John Fisher – Technician
John’s main experience has been with supporting users of desktops running Microsoft’s operating systems (from Windows 2000) and Microsoft Office. John is skilled in the sourcing and configuration of laptops, printers, scanners, digital dictation/transcription systems and Blackberry handsets. He provides first line support for servers as well as network administration. John also works with video conferencing systems and was involved in a high profile project which rolled out Hosted Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.

James Ryan – Technician
James has been working in IT for nearly three years. He started out by building his own computers at home then went onto college to attain an HND for Advanced IT. He provides client’s with first line support for desktop and cloud services issues.
A self confessed competitive gamer, James is currently learning to Scuba dive.
